Mrs. Verónica Gómez has degrees in both marketing and law, giving her a very special perspective that makes her ideally qualified to handle copyright and trademark cases where creative agencies are involved, something increasingly common in the digital age. She also has an important practice handling international trademark registrations, coordinating in a centralized operation all legal matters including priority rights and filing of oppositions or defenses against them.

She has an “Attorney at Law” degree from UEES University and also a degree in marketing from University Monica Herrera.

Ms. Gómez also has ample experience in trademark registration both locally and internationally and in copyright licensing for commercial use.
